Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Solid communication skills required to work with clients, staff and senior attorneys.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs and grow the client base.
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Keep files organized to ensure updates are accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with senior associate attorneys.
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Resolve cases efficiently by communicating with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals.
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents for contract negotiations and proceedings.

Compensation

$90,000+ dependent on experience
