Fragomen seeks a Business Immigration Associate in Phoenix to support corporate clients with nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, develop case strategies, and ensure high-quality client service. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced team with opportunities to mentor junior staff and leverage cutting-edge firm technology.

Ideal candidates hold a U.S. JD or LLM and active bar admission, with 2–3 years of immigration law experience and exceptional writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Active bar admission in a U.S. state (e.g., CA, NY, DC).
• 2–3 years of experience at Associate level in immigration law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proofreading without AI.
• Dedication to exceptional client service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies and advise clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals on procedural and processing issues.
• Supervise junior staff and mentor associates while sharing immigration expertise.
• Ensure accurate data entry and use firm technology per standards.
• Identify process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
