Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of immigration and refugee policies.
• Ability to document client interactions in ClientTrack database.
• Conduct community outreach and provide direct case management services.

Responsibilities

• Document all client interactions and services in a timely manner.
• Provide direct case management services for approximately 80-100 clients.
• Assist clients with applications for SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid.
