YWCA Evanston/North Shore is seeking a Domestic Violence Case Manager in Evanston, IL. You will deliver trauma-informed case management to survivors, with emphasis on immigrant clients, assessing needs, coordinating resources, and advocating with community partners.

Responsibilities include collaboration with DV counselors, maintaining HMIS data, providing outreach, and participating in trainings to improve services for survivors and their children.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of social services experience.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license; 40-Hour Domestic Violence training within 90 days.
• First Aid/CPR within 6 months.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform trauma-informed case management and referrals.
• Assist participants with appointments and navigating systems.
• Maintain HMIS/CE data and update referral directory.
• Coordinate with housing, legal aid, medical, and other providers.
• Facilitate information groups for immigrant survivors.
• Attend weekly case reviews and trainings.
