Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in social services.
• Language: Proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with domestic violence counselors and service providers to assess and deliver case management.
• Support participants with trauma-informed, client-centered service plans and referrals.
• Accompany participants to appointments and help navigate systems and complete applications.
• Screen survivors who identify as domestic violence victims and manage HMIS data entry.
• Advocate with housing programs, landlords, employers, and legal aid agencies on behalf of clients.
• Maintain and update referral directories and HMIS records; submit monthly activity reports.
