Job summary

YWCA Evanston/North Shore seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead trauma-informed clinical services for survivors and their children. You will oversee counseling, case management, referrals, and program development, while building partnerships and ensuring high-quality client experiences.

You will supervise staff, develop annual plans, coordinate outreach, training, and continuous quality improvement, and ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in crisis intervention and documenting reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical service management, planning and quality improvement for trauma-informed services.
• Provide counseling, case management, referrals, and support for survivors in community and residential settings.
• Develop and implement outreach, partnerships, and training to expand services.
• Supervise and develop staff, manage workload, and ensure timely appraisals.
• Oversee data/reporting, program evaluation, and compliance with funders.
• Maintain policies, documentation, and coordination with community agencies.
