Job summary

YWCA Evanston/North Shore is seeking a Domestic Violence Case Manager to deliver trauma-informed case management to survivors, with a special focus on immigrant communities. • Strong communication and advocacy skills for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DV counselors and third-party providers to assess needs and deliver comprehensive case management.
• Build trauma-informed relationships to support client-centered service plans and referrals.
• Attend weekly case reviews and coordinate with counselors to support effective management.
• Foster relationships with housing, legal, medical, and employment partners to advance client goals.
• Maintain HMIS and program records; oversee intake and ongoing documentation.
• Facilitate survivor-focused informational groups and community outreach initiatives.
