Job summary

A leading immersive technology company located at the Altus Air Force Base is seeking an Entry-Level IT Technician to manage its virtual reality training lab. Responsibilities include daily lab management, performing hardware swaps, ensuring software updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining organized records. Candidates should be detail-oriented, a team player, and able to learn new technologies quickly. Relevant experience with VR tools is a plus. Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or lab work is a plus.
• Familiarity with VR tools and technology.
• Experience in training or maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the lab each day and conduct health checks.
• Set up and replace hardware as needed and ensure it is labeled.
• Install and update software on all stations.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Keep usage records and assist in data reporting.
• Handle shipping and receiving of equipment.
• Follow security and equipment handling protocols.
