You will design, develop, and implement immersive training solutions using VR within a Unity-based training environment for aircraft maintainers, operational staff, and external customers. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, and/or simulation design.
  • Experience translating technical writing into training curricula.
  • Experience building and optimizing VR experiences for standalone headsets.
  • Proficiency with 3D modeling/animation software (Blender).
  • Experience developing in Unity and/or Unity-based VR applications.

Responsibilities

  • Track and document progress of AR/VR training projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines.
  • Use project management tools to monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Design and develop 3D assets, environments, and animations for VR training modules.
