Job summary

RTX Tucson is seeking an Operations Lead for the Immersive Design Center to manage daily operations, engage with customers, and coordinate with security, facilities, and finance. You will plan projects with content development teams and serve as the local interface for advanced visualization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience (or 5 years with advanced degree), plus strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and Jira/Agile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 8 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years
• Experience with project planning, estimating, and management
• Experience with financial tracking and budget management
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for the Immersive Design Center (IDC)
• Schedule, deconflict, and execute engagements in the IDC with strong customer service
• Coordinate with security, facilities, finance, supply chain, and other functions to sustain operations
• Track metrics, utilization data, and ROI for the IDC and provide reports
• Manage IDC-related financial items including capital projects
• Increase IDC utilization through a communications plan and outreach
• Identify and serve as Product Owner for Advanced Visualization projects
