The successful candidate will guide talent development, coach performance, and optimize scheduling, inventory, and reporting to achieve measurable business results. A passion for tech and customer excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of retail sales management experience
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, elevate every interaction into a Meta-branded experience, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent while providing ongoing coaching, fostering accountability and collaboration, and modeling professionalism and strong communication
• Drive sales and conversion metrics, turn traffic into engagement and revenue, analyze performance data to adjust strategies, and maintain operational excellence in scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Serve as the subject-matter on Meta wearable and mixed-reality products, stay current on innovations, communicate value propositions confidently, and simplify complex technology for customers
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments
