Meta Lab Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a compact, high-impact team delivering immersive Meta product demonstrations and building strong customer relationships at Moynihan Train Hall. This role emphasizes experiential, brand-aligned interactions and measurable business results through coaching, scheduling, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail sales management experience.
• Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams.
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations and build authentic customer relationships to drive acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent with coaching and accountability.
• Drive sales and conversion, analyze data to adjust strategies, and maintain scheduling, inventory, and reporting."
• Serve as subject-matter expert on Meta wearables and MR products, stay current on innovations, and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments and foster teamwork and accountability.
