Channel Partners in Chicago is seeking a Meta Experience Expert to deliver premium, hands-on demonstrations of wearable and mixed-reality technologies. You will educate customers, guide them through immersive experiences, and convert demos into delighted new users.

You are tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. This role emphasizes world‑class customer service, teamwork, and reliable operation of interactive displays and POS workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail preferred.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology and immersive tech experiences.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert by understanding wearable and MR products and confidently explaining features and benefits to customers.
• Deliver unforgettable demos that showcase how mixed reality and wearables transform play, learning, work, and interaction.
• Guide customers through transactions using the POS system to ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Drive results by meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs; collaborate with Retail Manager to create action plans when targets fall short.
• Keep displays and operations running smoothly with daily tasks, opening/closing, and ensuring engaging, clean demonstrations.
