Channel Partners, on behalf of Meta Retail, is seeking a Store Manager in a high-traffic Chicago location to lead a compact team delivering immersive Meta product demonstrations. You will build genuine customer relationships, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining world-class standards and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes people development, data-driven decision making, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, experiential retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of retail sales management experience.
• Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams.
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, elevate every interaction into a Meta-branded experience, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent while providing ongoing coaching, fostering accountability and collaboration, and modeling professionalism and strong communication.
• Drive sales and conversion metrics, turn traffic into engagement and revenue, analyze performance data to adjust strategies, and maintain operational excellence in scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Meta wearable and mixed‑reality products, stay current on innovations, communicate value propositions confidently, and simplify complex technology for customers.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments.
