Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert in Burlingame, CA to deliver premium customer journeys through immersive demonstrations of wearable and mixed-reality products. You will educate customers, guide them through tech experiences, and convert demos into new users, with a focus on exceptional communication and strong service.

A reliable tech-savvy communicator thrives in this role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories.
Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them.
Process consumer transactions using our clients POS system.
Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met.
Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays.
Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
