Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert in Chicago to deliver premium, hands‑on demonstrations of wearable and mixed reality technology. You will educate customers, guide them through transactions, and drive engagement with exciting demos.

As a tech‑savvy communicator, you will meet sales goals while delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekly pay, paid training, and travel incentives accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in premium retail.
• Experience in presentations, public speaking, or storytelling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the go‑to product expert, building a deep understanding of wearable and MR products and confidently articulating features and benefits to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos that showcase how wearable tech and MR can transform play, learning, work, and interaction.
• Guide customers through transactions using the POS system for a smooth buying experience.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs; collaborate with Retail Manager to develop action plans when targets are not met.
• Maintain smooth store operations with open/close procedures and engaging displays.
• Bring positive team energy, arrive on time, and support store goals in a high‑performance environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and exceptional customer experiences.
