Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert in San Diego (Westfield UTC) to deliver premium, hands-on demonstrations of wearable and mixed reality tech. You’ll educate customers, guide them through experiences, and convert demos into delighted new users.

You’ll be the go-to product expert, build immersive demos, guide purchases with the client’s POS, and meet or exceed sales KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert and articulate features and real-world impact of wearable and MR products to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos that showcase how wearable tech can transform play, learning, work and interaction.
• Support seamless purchases by guiding customers through transactions using the POS system.
• Drive results by meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs, and collaborate with Retail Manager on action plans.
