Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert to deliver premium demos of wearable and mixed-reality tech in our Meta Store Retail team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will educate customers, guide immersive experiences, and drive sales with outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and strong communicators with 2+ years in premium retail and proven presentation skills. Flexible hours and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert! Build a deep understanding of wearable and mixed-reality products—including accessories—and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer.
• Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them.
• Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's POS system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience.
• Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs; partner with Retail Manager to build action plans that get results.
• Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks—including opening and closing procedures—and ensure displays are engaging.
• Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive attitude, support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.
