Job summary

Prisms VR in San Francisco / LA area is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enable the successful integration of our immersive VR instructional model in secondary math and science classrooms. You will own account health, relationships, and renewals, interfacing with District Leaders to drive adoption of Prisms.

Qualifications

• Reside in or near Los Angeles.
• 2–5 years of Grades 6-12 teaching experience.
• 2–5 years of Customer Success or Account Executive experience at a startup.
• Bachelor's in STEM; Master's in STEM education preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 1–2x per month.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback partner relationships from pre-sale to renewal & expansion.
• Maintain visibility into overall account health to minimize churn.
• Partner with internal teams to design scalable implementation for adoption.
• Conduct QA review of content and instructional tools while monitoring implementation.
