Job summary

Prisms VR in San Francisco seeks a Regional Teacher Coach to lead professional development, classroom coaching, and curriculum integration across your region, advancing educator practice with immersive VR technology.

You will work under the Head of Teacher Community & Professional Learning to rapidly upskill educators in best-practice pedagogy, driving transformative learning outcomes through cutting-edge immersive technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM fields.
• 2–5 years of Grades 6-12 teaching experience preferred.
• Experience developing curriculum and course structure.
• Knowledge of problem-based learning and math discourse.

Responsibilities

• Model exemplary lessons and integrate technology with pedagogy.
• Facilitate in-classroom coaching and real-time feedback.
• Lead lesson studies to improve VR module design and facilitation.
• Lead curriculum integration conversations at multiple levels.
• Create and refine supporting curriculum and PD materials.
• Deliver PD sessions for new and existing Prisms teachers.
• Assess regional coaching needs and plan next steps.
• Foster community among Prisms teachers and leaders.
