Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, ISD, Training & Development or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience developing e-learning delivered via digital media and LMS.
• Experience applying ISD theory to learning problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials and curricula for program implementation across targeted audiences.
• Develop instructional products such as web-based training, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids and evaluations; create storyboards and concepts for technology-based courses.
• Create and analyze assessments to measure learning effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate needs analysis, project management, course development and evaluation skills.
• Work with SMEs to identify training needs and develop solutions.
