Job summary

Eagle Integrated Solutions (EIS) is seeking an Instruction Systems Designer to support the School of Aerospace Medicine and 711 HPW. You will collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and production teams to craft multimedia educational materials and validate training effectiveness.

The role requires strong ISD background, experience with Captivate and SCORM, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality instructional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of ISD experience.
• Experience in two of learning theory, instructional design, educational assessment, or instructional product creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate and SCORM.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise in multimedia projects with SMEs, PMs, and production team.
• Recommend platforms, media, tools, and delivery methods to meet training requirements.
• Test online courseware and report findings with recommendations for improvements.
• Create training plans and guide ISD validation to meet course objectives and proficiency levels.
