Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing e-learning delivered through digital media (LMS, web, video, or mobile).
• Master’s degree in relevant field (preferred).
• Experience applying the ADDIE model and ISD theories.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing training materials and curricula to support program implementation across targeted audiences.
• Developing instructional materials and products for web-based training, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, and evaluations.
• Creating and analyzing assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrating needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
• Collaborating with SMEs to identify training needs and develop solutions.
