Job summary

Eagle Integrated Solutions (EIS) is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the School of Aerospace Medicine, 711 HPW, and to develop multimedia training materials in collaboration with SMEs and the Production Team.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in educational technology or ISD with five years of ISD experience; a master’s degree is highly desired. Proficiency in Captivate, SCORM, VR, and related tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in educational technology or ISD with five years of ISD experience.
• Experience in learning theory, instructional design practices, and educational assessment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, SCORM packaging, VR/simulation, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise in multimedia and media projects with SMEs and production team.
• Recommend platforms, media, tools, and delivery methods to satisfy training requirements.
• Test online courseware and report findings with improvement recommendations.
• Create training plans and guide ISD validation to meet course objectives.
