Job summary

Page Executive is seeking an Interim Controller to lead and stabilise the North American finance function during a 3-month assignment. The role reports to the Group CFO and involves managing a four-to-six person team, ensuring timely reporting and robust forecasting.

Immediate start and 1–2 days remote per week are available, with an established finance function in place. The successful candidate will bring senior finance leadership, strong reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills,

Qualifications

• Senior finance position such as Controller, Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience managing or overseeing a finance team.
• Good forecasting, budgeting and financial planning capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a hands on approach.
• Experience within an international, engineering, services or project based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
• Ability to work from the Fort Worth office, with 1 to 2 days remote per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the North American finance function and manage a team of four to six.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Provide financial support and insight to the local leadership team.
• Maintain appropriate financial controls and compliance.
• Oversee key accounting, audit and tax requirements.
• Support existing finance systems and ongoing process improvements where required.
• Liaise with the Group CFO and wider international finance team.
• Provide financial leadership and stability during the permanent recruitment process.
