Our client, a global organization, seeks an Interim Controller to support the CFO through the integration of a recently acquired $300M business. This role blends hands-on accounting leadership with project management, including ERP integration support, data migration, and balance sheet opening.

The successful candidate will partner with the CFO to drive a seamless post‑acquisition integration, lead reconciliations, oversee the finance team, and coordinate with IT on system conversions.

Our client, a global organization with operations across North America, is seeking an Interim Controller to support the CFO through the integration of a recently acquired $300M business.

This role combines hands-on accounting leadership with project management responsibilities, including ERP integration support, data migration, account mapping, opening balance sheet preparation, account reconciliations, and oversight of finance team activities.

The successful consultant will serve as a trusted business partner to the CFO, helping drive a successful post-acquisition integration.

• Experience leading ERP implementations, conversions, or financial system integrations is strongly preferred.
• JD Edwards experience is a plus but not required. Limited travel (10-15%) may be required.
