Page Executive is seeking an Interim Controller to lead and stabilise the North American finance function during a 3-month assignment. The role reports to the Group CFO and involves managing a four-to-six person team, ensuring timely reporting and robust forecasting.

Immediate start and 1–2 days remote per week are available, with an established finance function in place. The successful candidate will bring senior finance leadership, strong reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills,

Qualifications

• Senior finance position such as Controller, Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience managing or overseeing a finance team.
• Good forecasting, budgeting and financial planning capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a hands on approach.
• Experience within an international, engineering, services or project based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
• Ability to work from the Fort Worth office, with 1 to 2 days remote per week.

About Our Client

Our client is a privately owned, investor backed renewables servicing and engineering services business operating across North America. The business is seeking an Interim Controller to provide leadership and continuity across its North American finance function while a permanent appointment is made. North American revenues are around $ 35m.

This is initially a three month contract and would suit an experienced finance professional who is immediately or shortly available and comfortable stepping into an established finance function.

Reporting to the Group CFO and working closely with the North American leadership team, the Interim Controller will take responsibility for the day to day leadership and oversight of the finance function. Key responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally possess:

• Previous experience in a senior finance position such as Controller, Finance Director, Head of Finance or similar

• The ability to work effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and a hands on approach
