Job summary

Consult is seeking an interim Controller to oversee accounting, cash management, and finance for the North American division at our Fort Worth HQ. The role runs 3-4 months and requires working from the Fort Worth offices Monday through Friday.

The candidate will supervise and perform essential accounting functions, coordinate with local and UK leadership, and support budgeting and forecasting processes for the U.S. and Canada region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• CPA or CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with local and Group leadership to ensure accurate accounting and finance.
• Monitor cash management, 13-week cash flow forecasting.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations with cash flow projections.
• Assist A/R in cash collections and resolve payment obstacles.
• Supervise A/R and A/P processes and ensure timely close.
• Manage monthly closing and prepare financial statements with Management.
• Conduct variance analysis and track unbilled revenue (WIP).
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for CFO/CEO and management.
