Job summary

A growing industry leader in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure GAAP compliance. The role offers a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, plus benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of accounting experience and a passion for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading or managing a team.
• Experience in multi-entity or fast-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations across multiple locations.
• Supervise a team of five accounting professionals.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
