Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.
• Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Provide exceptional immediate/urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk‑in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on factors such as skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
