Job summary

ECCO Select is seeking a Lead Imaging Clerk to coordinate daily activities for a team of Imaging Clerks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documents. The role involves directing workflow, training staff, and ensuring quality checks during scanning, indexing, and EDMS placement.

The position requires 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or coordinating the daily work of a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferred familiarity with records or document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the daily workflow of a team of Imaging Clerks.
• Move physical files and boxes (30 lbs.) between department locations.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and balance team workloads.
• Train and guide team members; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Scan, index, and perform quality review of documents for entry into the electronic document management system.
• Ensure documents are accurate and properly classified in electronic and paper filing systems.
• Maintain document accuracy while meeting productivity and service expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and document processing efficiency.
