Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Imaging/Scanning operations or comparable experience.
• Must have High School Diploma, associate degree preferred.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Proficiency in typing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Imaging Team: guide imaging professionals, provide coaching as needed.
• Quality Control: ensure imaging projects meet quality standards and are properly processed.
• Project Management: oversee day-to-day imaging project logistics, timelines and budgets.
• Technical Expertise: strong understanding of imaging technologies, software, acquisition, processing and analysis.
• Equipment Management: maintain, calibrate and update imaging equipment.
• Staff Development: train imaging staff and identify performance gaps.
• Customer Service: provide excellent service to internal and external customers, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Compliance: ensure imaging activities comply with HIPAA, OSHA and related regulations.
