Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all areas of the Document Imaging team, including preppers, scanners, and indexers.
• Supervise, train, and report on quality assurance, production and attendance.
• Maintain workflow and ensure materials are correctly identified for follow-up by Collectors, Refund representatives, Billers and Customer Service.
• Support use of multiple computer systems and electronic payor systems daily.
