Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a PACS Administrator to manage day-to-day PACS/CPACS operations within the Radiology and Cardiology imaging environments. You will ensure image workflow, archiving, routing, and prefetching function efficiently while coordinating with IS and imaging leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining DICOM data integrity, supporting RIS interfaces, training end users, and contributing to continuous process improvements in a high-safety, patient-centered hospital

Qualifications

• Two years healthcare experience in information services with knowledge of financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PACS/CPACS operation including image workflow, archiving, routing, and prefetching.
• Collaborate with imaging leadership to ensure timely capture of DICOM data and network transmission.
• Prepare reports for imaging leadership and attend departmental/hospital meetings.
• Train physicians and staff; maintain training workflow documents.
