Lexington Health is seeking an Imaging Support Associate to assist technologists in radiology and related modalities. You will prepare patients for CT, MRI, mammography, ultrasound, cath lab, and X-ray exams, verify paperwork, and help set up exam rooms.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, active CPR/BLS certification, and enrollment in an imaging modality program. The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and teamwork in a busy imaging department.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Enrollment in a college or certification program for imaging modalities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff professionally and courteously.
• Verify patient identity and exam to be provided according to policy.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams and assist technologist in setup.
• Set up equipment and maintain patient comfort and safety in the exam room.
• Assist with scheduling coordination and throughput to meet patient needs.
• Follow infection control procedures and use PPE as required.
