Job summary

20 Elliot Hospital of the City of Manchester in Manchester, NH, is seeking an Access Center Supervisor for Imaging & Specialty Scheduling to lead the Imaging Scheduling and GI specialty scheduling teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and patient-centered scheduling services across multiple specialties.

Under the direction of the Access Center Manager, you will manage workforce, productivity, quality, training, and operational performance, collaborating with clinical and physician practice partners

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years of supervisory, coordinator, or team lead experience required.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, call center operations or ambulatory practice operations required.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee staff performance, quality and productivity with scheduling workflows.
• Oversee Imaging Scheduling operations based on provider orders and clinical needs.
• Oversee Specialty Scheduling for GI to ensure timely outreach and completion of appointments.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and continuous improvement in scheduling.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and administrative planning.
