Job summary

The Elliot Health System is seeking an Access Center Supervisor for Imaging & Specialty Scheduling (GI) to lead daily operations and ensure timely, accurate scheduling across imaging and GI services. This role requires onsite presence two days per week with a hybrid schedule and live local to Manchester, NH.

You'll supervise front-line coordinators, optimize workflows, and drive initiatives to improve access, patient experience, and operational performance in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in supervisory/lead role in healthcare scheduling or access services.
• Experience in patient access, scheduling, call center, or ambulatory practice operations.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of imaging and GI scheduling teams.
• Monitor performance, quality, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Imaging leadership to optimize templates and capacity.
• Lead staff development, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and succession planning.
