Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking an Access Center Supervisor for Imaging & Specialty Scheduling. This full-time role operates on a hybrid schedule with required onsite presence two days weekly.

Lead imaging and GI scheduling teams to improve access and patient experience. Responsibilities include staff development, workflow optimization, and ensuring high-quality scheduling across diagnostic services, with collaboration across clinical and physician leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of supervisory, coordinator, or team lead experience required.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, call center operations or ambulatory practice operations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of imaging and specialty scheduling teams to ensure timely, accurate, patient-centered scheduling.
• Oversee scheduling operations for diagnostic imaging services, coordinating with imaging leadership on templates, capacity, and workflows.
• Monitor referral and scheduling queues for GI department, ensuring timely outreach and closures.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure superior customer service and continuous improvement across scheduling functions.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and succession planning; contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
