Elliot Health System's Access Center in Manchester, NH seeks a results-oriented supervisor to lead Imaging & Specialty Scheduling. You will oversee scheduling accuracy, staff performance, and patient experience across imaging and GI services, with a hybrid schedule and onsite two days weekly.

The role focuses on staffing, workflow optimization, change management, and ongoing staff development to ensure timely and high-quality access to services for patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory, coordinator, or team lead experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, call center operations or ambulatory practice operations.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Must live local to Manchester, NH.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee staff, performance, accuracy, productivity, and queues.
• Quality reviews of scheduling interactions and documentation for accuracy.
• Improve access, scheduling efficiency, and patient experience.
• Oversee imaging scheduling operations and template optimization.
• Monitor GI referral and scheduling workflows and capacity.
• Plan staff development, coaching, and engagement activities.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and leadership meetings.
