Elliot Health System is seeking an Access Center Supervisor for Imaging & Specialty Scheduling in Manchester, NH. The role supports daily operations, staffing, and performance across imaging and GI scheduling.

It requires onsite presence two days per week with a hybrid schedule and a strong focus on patient access and service excellence. The supervisor will lead frontline coordinators, implement scheduling improvements, and partner with clinical leaders to optimize resources and patient

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory, coordinator, or team lead experience required.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, call center operations or ambulatory practice operations required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee imaging scheduling and specialty scheduling operations.
• Monitor staff performance, quality, and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with imaging leadership to optimize templates, capacity, and workflows.
• Oversee GI department referral and scheduling workflows and outreach.
• Plan staff development, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and leadership meetings.
