Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a highly organized Sales Development Representative for its Imaging commercial team. You will identify and manage pipeline opportunities, coordinate proposal activities, and support early commercial processes, closely partnering with Business Development and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, communications, project management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical imaging, clinical trials, project coordination, sales support, proposal development, technical writing, or budget development.
• Clinical imaging experience or knowledge of the imaging business is preferred.
• Experience supporting projects or cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track pipeline opportunities across pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs.
• Enter opportunities into Salesforce and maintain accurate details, documents, activities, and close dates.
• Assist with development and preparation of proposal materials and bid-defense slides.
• Coordinate internal strategy calls and ensure contributors are engaged.
• Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and due dates; follow up as needed.
