Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in clinical imaging, trials, or sales support.
• Experience with proposals, technical writing, or budget development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage pipeline opportunities across sponsors and CROs.
• Enter opportunities into Salesforce and maintain accurate details and timelines.
• Assist with development and preparation of proposal materials and bid slides.
• Coordinate internal strategy calls and ensure contributors are engaged.
