Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Onboard and train technologists and new hires
- Support performance management and coaching
- Collaborate with radiologists and departments to coordinate imaging services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Ensure equipment functionality and preventive maintenance
- Assist in scheduling, timekeeping, and inventory management
- Supervise staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
- Coordinate daily workflow and staffing
- Provide guidance on protocols, image quality, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor adherence to ALARA and accreditation standards
- Other duties as assigned
