Job summary

UofL Health in Louisville, KY seeks an Imaging Services Manager to oversee the Diagnostic Imaging Department, applying strong leadership to planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring daily operations.

You will assist in policy development, capital and operating budgets, accreditation readiness, and staff development while collaborating with the Imaging Director, Department Chair, and section chiefs to ensure exceptional patient care and compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a general radiographer.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Diagnostic Imaging Department.
• Monitor staffing, patient flow, and supply usage to ensure efficiency.
• Plan, implement and monitor accreditation activities with governing bodies.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Assist in development of operational and capital budgets.
• Lead capital projects and evaluate department leaders.
• Provide training and mentorship for coordinators and staff.
