Job summary

AdventHealth in Texas seeks a Radiology Supervisor to lead radiologic technologists and imaging operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. You will coordinate workflow, staffing, and room utilization while guiding CT protocols, image quality, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with radiologists and leadership to drive timely imaging services, participate in quality improvements, maintain equipment, and support onboarding and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise radiologic technologists and imaging operations.
• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and room utilization.
• Provide guidance on CT protocols, positioning, image quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, radiation safety, ALARA, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and competency assessment of staff.
• Support leadership in performance management and coaching.
• Collaborate with radiologists and departments to ensure timely imaging services.
• Participate in quality improvement and image quality audits.
• Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and supply inventory.
