Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiology and LSRT state license required; post modality certification and multimodality background preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and optimize patient-navigation and communication workflows within Imaging Services.
• Lead a team of navigators to improve patient satisfaction, care continuity, and operational efficiency.
• Promote CARES standards and handle patient issues, complaints, and follow-ups.
