Qualifications

• Three years of experience in diagnostic imaging, healthcare operations, or care coordination.
• Experience with Interventional Radiology or imaging revenue cycle is preferred.
• ARRT and BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized resource for patient navigation, imaging appropriateness, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with radiologists, ordering providers, technologists, schedulers, coding and revenue cycle teams, and patients.
• Support charge reconciliation across imaging modalities to promote accurate charge capture and documentation compliance.
• Improve patient access, continuity of care, and overall department efficiency.
