Job summary

St. Charles Health System seeks a Supervisor of Diagnostic Radiology to lead technical staff across X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound, and related imaging services. You will supervise radiology coordinators, technologists, and clerical staff while ensuring efficient operations and patient care.

The role requires ARRT registration, Oregon OBRT license, and a strong leadership background in radiology. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; CT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT or equivalent registration.
• OSBO license and BLS certification required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Experience in Radiology essential; CT technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision for all activities in the Diagnostic Radiology area.
• Supervise Radiology Coordinators, technologists, clerical staff and radiology assistants.
• Manage staffing, evaluations and coaching plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and department budgets.

Skills

Three years radiology experience

Education

High school diploma or GED

Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology program
