Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Patient Navigator to oversee the imaging program, coordinate preoperative imaging procedures, and ensure timely diagnoses. The role collaborates with radiology, cardiology and pulmonology to provide seamless patient care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, two years of related experience, and a current KY or Compact RN license (or ARRT Board Certification). Previous imaging or navigator experience is a plus.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current KY or Compact RN License or ARRT Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage lung cancer screenings and ensure timely diagnoses.
• Maintain records and communicate findings to providers.
• Ensure CMS and ACR compliance in reporting.
• Document incidental lung findings and follow up.
• Liaise between radiologists and referring providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on test results and next steps.
