Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Silverdale, WA seeks an Imaging Manager to lead a large multidisciplinary department (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray) with 60+ staff. You will manage operations, budgets, backfill, and equipment issues while partnering with ambulatory and specialty clinics to optimize patient care.

The role requires 5+ years in imaging and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a radiologic technologist or related imaging field.
• Minimum three years in a radiology supervisor role with direct reports and performance reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; HS diploma with relevant experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations: budgets, PTO approvals, backfill planning, and supply orders.
• Monitor workflows and equipment reliability across imaging modalities and access reports.
• Collaborate with ambulatory, pediatrics, ACC and other clinics to improve imaging workflows.
• Lead staff development and coordinate FMLA for impacted employees; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit business and capital cases for imaging department needs.
